Laois goalkeeper Eoin Reilly claimed his second Leinster Senior Poc Fada title at St. Mullins, Carlow in ideal weather conditions on Thursday July 11th.

Reilly completed the five-kilometre road course in 55 pocs, one ahead of former two-time Under 16 All-Ireland champion Offaly's Cillian Kiely.

Reilly and Kiely will now take part in the M Donnelly All-Ireland Poc Fada on the August Bank Holiday weekend in the Cooley Mountains.

Carlow's Kevin McDonald took the Under 16 title, finishing the course in 58 pocs.

Afterwards, Michael Walsh presented the Ollie Walsh Memorial Trophy to Eoin Reilly, while Leinster GAA Chairman Martin Skelly made the presentation of the second place trophy to Cillian Kiely, in the presence of National Poc Fada Chairman Humphrey Kelliher.
